Unlikely duo Jessica Simpson and Billy Corgan just started dating early this month, and gossip sites couldn’t believe it. But apparently Jessica has “fallen” for the Smashing Pumpkins frontman, although the two have decided to take it slow. He’s just about the complete opposite of Tony Romo, huh?
